Our Services

  • Phone Consultations

    Schedule a 10 minute phone consultation to get your questions answered. Once completed, we will schedule your first session together.

  • Initial Assessment

    Your first session will be between 60 to 90 minutes. This intake and assessment session will go over reasons that brought you to therapy and we will create a treatment plan together. It's like a "get to know you" session to kick things off.

  • Individual Therapy

    Our standard sessions are between 45 to 60 minutes. You will work toward your set goals, talk openly, get guidance, and start making real changes.

With your therapist serving as a guide or mentor on your transformative journey toward wholeness and resolution.
